VersaBank (TSX: VB, VB.PR.A, VB.PR.B) (“VersaBank”) announced today that it will release its first quarter financial results on February 26, 2020, which will be made available at the Bank’s website (www.versabank.com) and SEDAR (www.sedar.com).

On February 26, 2020, financial results are expected to be released at approximately 7:00 a.m. (EST). The conference call is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. (EST) and will feature a presentation by David Taylor, President & CEO, and other VersaBank executives followed by a question and answer period.
