Ottawa, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - March 5, 2019) - UrbanGold Minerals Inc. (TSXV: UGM) ("UrbanGold" or the "Corporation")  is pleased to announce that following its recent IPO (Initial Public Offering) it has entered into an investor relations agreement (the "Agreement") with First Canadian Capital Corp. ("FCCC") to provide market awareness services. The Agreement dated March 4, 2019 is for a period of 12 months at a fee of $6,000 per month. Pursuant to the Agreement, UrbanGold has granted a stock option to FCCC to purchase 350,000 shares at an exercise price of $0.135 per share which shall vest at to one-quarter immediately and one-quarter on the three month, six month and 12 month anniversaries of the grant date.
