(Nasdaq: UCTT), a leading developer and supplier of critical systems and subsystems for the semiconductor capital equipment, flat panel, medical, energy and research industries, today announced the Company will release its fourth quarter and full year 2016 financial results on February 22, 2017 after market close and will host a conference call the same day.

The conference call will take place at 1:45 p.m. PT and can be accessed by dialing 1-844-826-3034 (toll-free) or 1-412-317-5179 (international). No passcode is required. An audio replay of the conference call will be made available approximately two hours after the call and will remain available for 7 days.
