CALGARY, Nov. 7, 2016 /CNW/ - Trakopolis IoT Corp. ("Trakopolis") (TSXV:TRAK) a cloud based platform for interfacing mobile communications, software applications and location based services, today announced that it has retained LodeRock Advisors Inc. ("LodeRock") for strategic investor relations and capital markets communications services.

Under the terms of the agreement, Trakopolis will pay LodeRock a monthly fee of CAD $10,000 for ongoing strategic communication services. Neither LodeRock, nor any of its executives have an ownership interest, directly or indirectly, in Trakopolis or its securities, and Trakopolis has not granted LodeRock or its executives any right to acquire any such interests.

LodeRock Advisors is a group of senior capital markets communications executives who develop and execute communications programs in order to help companies achieve their capital markets objectives and capture the full potential of their public listing. The engagement of LodeRock remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
