The 10 month, focused, executive development program has been custom designed with the Center for Creative Leadership to ensure that the Canadian life sciences sector has the executive talent to lead the industry into the future. Dr. Dryhurst, along with a limited number of high potential scientists and business professionals from across Canada, will participate in this unique program that combines researched and proven best practices/principles with targeted industry topics to take participants on a leadership journey.

The Centre for Drug Research and Development, with support of Pfizer Canada, announced the launch of the Executive Institute program, a distinct stream of The CDRD Academy, earlier this year. Dr. Dryhurst joined ImmunoPrecise Antibodies in 2010, receiving an NSERC Industrial Research & Development Postdoctoral Fellowship to work on a rabbit monoclonal antibody development platform, where she was key in the development of ImmunoPrecise's B cell technology. As Chief Scientific Officer, she leads R&D at ImmunoPrecise and is responsible for the prioritization of research projects, alignment with corporate strategy, and developing new product and service introductions.
