Tervita Corporation Announces Termination of Automatic Share Purchase Plan

CALGARY, March 16, 2020 /CNW/ - Tervita Corporation ("Tervita") (TSX: TEV) announced today the termination of the automatic share purchase plan which was entered on May 21, 2019 to facilitate the repurchase of its common shares ("Common Shares") under the TSX-approved normal course issuer bid ("NCIB").  The NCIB remains in effect on the same terms and subject to the same TSX restrictions as previously disclosed.  Tervita confirms it is not in possession of any material undisclosed information at this time.

Tervita will continue to be able to repurchase and cancel Common Shares under the NCIB at the times and in amounts it determines in its discretion. The NCIB will remain in effect until the earlier of (i) May 6, 2020; and (ii) the date on which the maximum number of Common Shares are purchased pursuant to the NCIB.
