CALGARY, April 23, 2019 /CNW/ - Tervita Corporation ("Tervita", or the "Company") (TSX: TEV) a leading waste and environmental solutions provider, announced today that Brad Dlouhy, its Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be leaving the organization effective immediately.  The COO role will now be filled by John W. Cooper, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tervita.

Mr. Cooper has over 30 years of leadership and operational experience in the energy, industrial waste and logistical industries. He previously served as President and CEO of ClearStream Energy Services Inc., and Enermax Services Inc., and held senior roles in operations as Chief Operating Officer of Savanna Energy Services Corp. and General Manager with Waste Management Inc.
