TORONTO, Nov. 14, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TerrAscend Corp. (CSE:TER) (“TerrAscend” or the “Company”) announces a change of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”).  Mr Roland Nimmo has replaced Ms. Rebecca Hudson in the capacity as Interim CFO.   The Company would like to thank Ms. Hudson for her service and professionalism throughout her time with TerrAscend. Roland is a seasoned financial professional and has been a trusted advisor to numerous decision-makers in some of Canada’s largest, most prominent corporations.  Roland holds an Honours Degree of Economics from Queens University and is a CPA, CA.
