Synex International Inc. Resignation 0f Director

Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Synex International Inc. (the “Company”) announces that effective May 10, 2018, Lee Rennison has resigned as a Director of the Company. Lee has been a director for the past 11 years and has decided that for personal reasons, she does not have the available time to devote to the Company. The Company will greatly miss her knowledge, guidance and drive and wishes Lee all the best.

The Company is a successful hydroelectric developer and consultant in British Columbia. The Company wholly owns or has proportionate interests in a total of 12 MW of operating facilities and 9.3 MW of construction ready facilities. In addition, the Company has applications for water licences and land tenure on 24 potential hydroelectric sites totaling over 150 MW of installed capacity.
