Superior Plus Announces Completion of the Acquisition of United Pacific Energy

Superior Plus Corp. (“Superior”) is pleased to announce that it has closed the previously announced acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of United Liquid Gas Company, which operates under the trade name United Pacific Energy (“UPE”). The purchase price was paid with cash from Superior’s credit facility.
