"We continue to work with our tenants to ensure we are collecting the highest level of rents possible during the COVID-19 pandemic. The vast majority of our tenants are now paying their rents on time, and with our rent deferral programs winding down, we expect cash flows to strengthen as our tenant's businesses return to more normal levels," commented Paul Dykeman, Chief Executive Officer.
