• Appointment of Auditor, BDO Canada LLP: 100% voted for the resolution and 0% of the votes were withheld;
• Approval of Employee Share Ownership Plan: 100% voted for the resolution and 0% voted against it; and
• Approval of Omnibus Equity Compensation Plan: 98.8% voted for the resolution and 1.2% voted against.
