TORONTO, Jan. 11, 2019 /CNW/ - CI Investments Inc., as manager of Skylon Growth & Income Trust (the "Trust") (TSX: SKG.UN), announces an indicative distribution for the months ended January to May, inclusive, of $0.05833/unit per month. This is based upon the prevailing market conditions and the manager's estimate of distributable cash flow for the period.

In accordance with the terms of the Trust, the Trust shall terminate on June 30, 2019. Upon termination, the affairs of the Trust shall be wound up, and all Trust property remaining after paying or providing for all liabilities and obligations of the Trust shall be distributed rateably among unitholders.
