Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - January 17, 2020) - Skye Life Ventures Ltd. (OTCQB: STNN) ("SKYE" or the "Company"), together with its wholly owned subsidiaries, Merritt Valley Cannabis Corporation ("MVC") and Emerald Plants Health Source (EPHS) Inc today announced a leadership reorganization under which the Board of Directors authorized the termination of John Bentivoglio as Chief Executive Officer.
