SEDI filings capture securities transactions by insiders as defined by National Instrument 55-104 as they report to regulators, usually within 5 days
although there are exceptions (see FAQ#2). All reported types of transactions
including off market for all types of securities (such as stocks, options and warrants) are captured.
TSX Markers, also known as "TSX Insider Summaries" attempt to identify when insiders buy or sell securities on the TSX or TSX Venture exchanges.
Markers are reported for the previous trading day and are subject to error. They do not capture transactions made off the TSX of TSX Venture exchange.
