Michael Robert Clancy, a Senior Officer, acquired 1,350 Trust Units on a direct ownership basis at a price of $15.510 through the public market on December 12th, 2019. The insider also acquired 1,600 Trust Units on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Gibraltar Holdings at a price of $15.450 through the public market on December 12th, 2019. This represents a $45,658 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 5.6%.

InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust is a real estate investment trust focused on acquisition, holding, leasing or managing of multi-unit residential properties and real estate ventures.
