Floriana Cipollone, CFO, acquired 6,600 Trust Units on a direct ownership basis at prices ranging from $4.700 and $4.740 through the public market on June 21st, 2017. This represents a $31,059 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 18.3%.

Michael Aaron Zakuta, CEO, Director and 10% Holder executive, acquired 15,000 Trust Units on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Plaza Z-Corp Properties Inc. at a price of $4.700 through the public market on June 21st, 2017. This represents a $70,500 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 0.2%.
