Tortola, British Virgin Islands--(Newsfile Corp. - March 14, 2023) - Sailfish Royalty Corp. (TSXV: FISH) (OTCQX: SROYF) (the "Company" or "Sailfish") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared the Company's first quarterly cash dividend for 2023 in the amount of US$0.0125 per common share that will be payable on April 17, 2023 to Sailfish shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2023.

The declaration, timing, amount, and payment of future dividends will be subject to the discretion and approval of the Board of Directors. The Company will review the dividend policy on an ongoing basis and may amend it at any time depending on the Company's then current financial position, capital allocation framework, profitability, cash flow, legal requirements and other factors considered relevant. As such, no assurances can be made that any future dividends will be declared and/or paid. Dividend payments may be subject to withholding taxes.

Grant of Stock Options

The Company also announces the grant of a total of 700,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company's stock option plan (the "Stock Option Plan"). Subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and the terms and conditions of the Stock Option Plan, the Options will have an exercise price equal C$1.14 and shall expire on March 13, 2028 and shall vest over two years.
