TORONTO and ST. MICHAEL, Barbados, June 30, 2020 /CNW/ - Sagicor Financial Company Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce the results of its annual and special meeting (the "Meeting") of holders of common shares (the "Shareholders") held on June 30, 2020. A total of 75,468,155 common shares, representing 50.809% of common shares issued and outstanding as of the record date for the Meeting, were represented at the Meeting.
Dodridge Miller, Group President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, said "We thank our shareholders for their participation today in our Annual and Special Meeting, including the successful election of directors and approval of the amended bye-laws.
