VANCOUVER, Sept. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - RYU Apparel Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RYU; Frankfurt Stock Exchange: RYA ) creators of urban athletic apparel, is excited to announce the official opening of its first Toronto retail location on Thursday, September 21, 2017.

Following the opening of RYU's award-winning flagship retail location on Vancouver's iconic West 4^th Avenue in 2015, the brand has quickly expanded across the Greater Vancouver area to establish additional retail locations in the downtown Robson shopping district at Thurlow Street and West Vancouver's premium shopping destination Park Royal. Rapid store growth, augmented by strong online sales, has seen RYU grow quickly in its first two years in business.

The Toronto retail location is RYU's first retail expansion outside of British Columbia and is located at 361 Queen Street West, amongst the historic urban backdrop of one of Toronto's trendiest shopping districts. The space measures 2,220 square feet of top floor retail space above 2,050 square feet of office and meeting spaces.
