Robert Burke Joins Aries Clean Energy as General Counsel

FRANKLIN, Tenn., July 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Robert W. Burke, Jr., brings more than 25 years' experience as general counsel for domestic and international energy companies to the Aries Clean Energy team as Executive Vice President and General Counsel.

As general counsel, Burke has managed corporate governance, government affairs, and compliance on behalf of multinational companies, and has served on the boards of directors of private and publicly traded companies headquartered in the United States and abroad.

He has served in leadership roles in a diverse spectrum of companies that has included Edison Mission Energy, PPL Global, Competitive Power Ventures, and Vogt Power International.  Burke earned his B.A. from Providence College and J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law.
