(TSXV:LITT) (OTC:RMANF) (“Roadman” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Tyler Lewis and Farbod Shahrokhi have been added to the board of directors of Roadman Investments Corp., and Tyler Lewis will also be appointed CEO replacing Luke Montaine.  Mr. Montaine will remain interim CFO and a director of Roadman.

Mr. Lewis has a decade of experience working in the cannabis and nutraceuticals market in various management positions and has a background in accounting.
