(TSX.V:RLV), (OTCQB:RLLVF) and (Frankfurt:6BX) (the “Company” or “Relevium”), is pleased to announce the signing of a product development, supply and commercialization agreement with Neptune Wellness Solutions (TSX:NEPT) (NASDAQ:NEPT) for MaxSimil®, a patented fish oil monoglyceride omega 3 technology.

• Development of two (2) products in year one and an additional six (6) within year two
