TORONTO, April 6, 2016 /CNW/ - The Redline Board of Directors announced today that George Kypreos, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the company to pursue another career opportunity.  Mr. Kypreos joined the Company in the capacity as CFO in May 2011. 

 "George has played an important part in the development of Redline, most notably in creating an outstanding finance organization that will continue to provide the Company with strong financial processes and controls," said Robert Williams, Chief Executive Officer. "We wish him every success in his new role."

The Board has begun a process to appoint a successor to Mr. Kypreos and a further announcement will be made in due course. Mr. Kypreos has agreed to stay with Redline for a period of time to support an orderly transition.
