Vancouver, Canada – TheNewswire - December 9, 2020 - Radius Gold Inc. (TSXV:RDU) (OTC:RDUFF) reports that it proposes, subject to stock exchange approval, to issue 30,495 common shares in its capital stock at a deemed price of $0.21 per share to the property owners of the Amalia gold/silver project in Mexico, in accordance with Radius’s option to acquire a 100% interest in the project.
