Children's Hospital Colorado is a leading pediatric network 100 percent dedicated to the health and well-being of children, adolescents and young adults. Consistently acknowledged as one of the nation's top pediatric hospitals by U.S. News & World Report, Children's Colorado is recognized nationally and internationally for its medical, research, education and advocacy programs.

In an effort to transform patient care through a modernized patient-provider experience, Children's Colorado contracted Quisitive as the lead software developer to design and build a Microsoft cloud-based application that could collect, store and distribute patient data to specialists in a secure, HIPAA compliant fashion. The implemented solution was a custom cloud-based application in Microsoft Azure. The application's core function was to collect photographs or a video in a secure manner with identifying information. The Microsoft Azure platform was selected due to the robust infrastructure to scale and process incoming communications.
