As VP Brand Strategy, Ms. Colic will be responsible for leading the Company's strategic marketing endeavours including positioning for the PURE family of brands in both the medical and adult-use markets. As VP Corporate Development, Mr. Pynn will assume responsibility for PURE's corporate strategic objectives and investor communications.

Ms. Colic joins the Company with over 15 years of success in the B2B and B2C marketing spheres. Rachel is a frequent writer and speaker on strategic branding, and noted advocate on using cannabis as a medicine. Rachel is the co-host of The High Friends Podcast™, a show focused on women and their love of cannabis; and a mentor and advisor for Leaf Forward, Canada's first cannabis business-accelerator program. Prior to joining the Company, Rachel spent four years working exclusively in the cannabis space with Licensed Producers, ancillary service companies and startups in the both the US and Canada.

Stephen's focus was primarily on the cannabis sector, having been involved in numerous financings and public offerings. Prior to that, Stephen worked at CIBC World Markets from 2007 to 2017 specializing in North American equities. Stephen holds a B.Comm (Hons.) degree from the Memorial University of Newfoundland.
