Robert Eadie, CEO and Director, acquired 1,500,000 Common Shares at a price of $0.20 and 750,000 Warrants exercisable at $0.30 on a direct ownership basis through a prospectus or prospectus exempt offering on July 15th, 2022. This represents a $300,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 39.6%.

Under the same terms, Gary Vittorio Arca, CFO and Director, acquired 1,500,000 Common Shares and 750,000 Warrants on a direct ownership basis through a prospectus or prospectus exempt offering on July 15th, 2022. This represents a $300,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of greater than 100%.
