Eric Sprott, a 10% Holder, acquired 7,500,000 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis at a price of $0.400 through a prospectus or prospectus exempt offering on July 30th, 2020. He also acquired 3,750,000 Warrants on a direct ownership basis with an exercise price of $0.600 until July 30, 2021. This represents a $3,000,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 56.3%.

The Company operates through two segments: mineral exploration, and oil and gas exploration and development. The Company holds the title to approximately four contiguous parcels (259 hectares), plus the surface rights only of an additional adjoining parcel (65 hectares) in Hislop Township, located in the Matheson Area of central-eastern Ontario. Stroud's Leckie Property is located in Strathy Township over three kilometers north of the town of Temagami in northeastern Ontario. The property consists of approximately two patented claims and over 10 unpatented claims that form a contiguous group covering approximately 190 hectares.
