Price Revocable Trust at a price of $0.120 through a prospectus or prospectus exempt offering on April 28th, 2020. The insider also acquired 500,000 Warrants on with an exercise price of $0.180until October 28, 2021. This represents a $60,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 5.0%.
