CITIC Metal Africa Investments Limited, a 10% Holder, acquired 153,821,507 Common Shares Class A on a direct ownership basis at a price of $3.980 through a prospectus or prospectus exempt offering on August 16th, 2019. This represents a $612,209,598 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 78.2%.
