Beaty and others buying at Luminex Resources (V:LR)

Ross J. Beaty, a 10% Holder, acquired 1,770,000 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis at a price of $0.620 through a private transaction on July 16th, 2019. This represents a $1,097,400 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 27.4%.

In addition, Marshall Koval, a Senior Officer and Director, acquired 200,000 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis. This represents a $124,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 11.5%. Lyle Braaten, a Senior Officer and Director, acquired 90,000 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Emerson Holdings Ltd.
