Carol Hong Li, CFO, acquired 65,790 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis also so at a price of $0.760 through a private transaction on May 22nd, 2019. This represents a $50,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of greater than 100%.  Richard Norman Zimmer, a Director, acquired 65,790 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis at a price of $0.760 for an account share holdings change of greater than 100%. The Dilworth property is a gold, silver, base metals project, which is located approximately 25 kilometers (km) north of the town of Stewart in northwestern British Columbia. The Mt. Margaret porphyry is a copper-molybdenum-gold-silver deposit, which is located approximately 22.5 km southwest of Randle Washington in Skamania County. The Swamp Point aggregate deposit is located on the east side of the Portland Canal. The Silver Coin is a gold-silver property located 25 km north of Stewart, B.C. Red Mountain is a gold and silver property located in northwestern BC, 15 km northeast of the mining town of Stewart.
