Gibraltar Brands, a 10% Holder, acquired 625,000 Class B Shares on a direct ownership basis at a price of $0.400 through a private transaction on March 4th, 2019. This represents a $250,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of greater than 100%.

LXRandCo is in the Investment Trusts Sub Industry Group under the Financials Sector.

LXRandCo Inc, formerly Gibraltar Growth Corp, is a Canada-based omni-channel retailer of branded vintage luxury handbags and accessories. The Company sources and authenticates products and sells them through private auctions, individual collections, directly from clients online and through a retail network of stores located in department stores in Canada, the United States and Europe; wholesale operations primarily in the United States; and its own eCommerce website. The Company offers preowned products from iconic luxury brands such as Hermss, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Ferragamo, Miu Miu, Cartier, Dior, Chlow and Chanel, among others.
