Claude Lemasson, CEO and Director, acquired 250,000 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis at a price of $0.280 through a prospectus or prospectus exempt offering on July 5th, 2018. This represents a $70,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 12.4%.

In addition, Michael Hoffman, a Director, acquired 178,570 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis. This represents a $50,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 99.6%. Laurence Wilson Curtis, a Director, acquired 100,000 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis. This represents a $28,000 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 40.0%. Finally, Blair Schultz, a Director, also acquired 100,000 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis. This represents an account share holdings change of 8.7%.

It also owns interest in certain mineral properties comprising the Ruby Hill project; Lac Lessard project; Reservoir property; Lac Hudson project and Lac Elmer project, among others.
