Gold Fields buying at Cardinal Resources (T:CDV)

Gold Fields Limited, a 10% Holder, acquired 3,676,900 Common Shares on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder Corporate International Holdings B.V. at a price of $0.650 through a prospectus or prospectus exempt offering on November 21st, 2017. This represents a $2,389,985 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 9.4%.
Cardinal Resources Limited is an African gold-focused exploration and
development company which holds interests in tenements within Ghana, West Africa.
The Company is focused on the development of the Namdini project
through a resource expansion drilling programme, pre-feasibility
studies, detailed metallurgical test work, and process flowsheet
studies. Exploration activity is also underway on the Company's
Bolgatanga and Subranum Projects.
