Michael Sifton, CEO, Director and 10% Holder, acquired 357,150 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis at a price of $1.400 through a prospectus or prospectus exempt offering on June 28th, 2017. This represents a $500,010 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of greater than 100%.

Under the same terms:
 
Gregory James Cochrane, a Director, acquired 179,000 Common Shares on a control or direction basis for registered holder Jive.com. This represents a $250,600 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of greater than 100%.

Alan Roberts, a Senior Officer, acquired 14,500 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis. This represents a $20,300 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of greater than 100%.
