Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire – July 15, 2019 - Ponderous Panda Capital Corp. (TSXV:PPCC.P) or the "Company", a capital pool company, announces that Rodney W. Reum has resigned as a Director and as CFO of the Company, and Nicolette A. Keith has resigned as a Director of the Company effective July 11, 2019.

The Company wishes to thank Mr. Reum and Ms. Keith for their contribution to the Company. The Company has appointed Yu Cheung (Mike) Kao, currently a Director of the Company, as CFO of the Company.
