(TSX:HRX) (“Héroux-Devtek” or the “Corporation”), a leading international manufacturer of aerospace products, today announced that Pierre Fitzgibbon, Director of Héroux-Devtek, has resigned from the Board of Directors following his election as Member of the National Assembly of Quebec. Mr. Fitzgibbon served on Héroux-Devtek’s Board of Directors since February 15, 2018.
