Deal adds to existing operations in the District of Muskoka

TORONTO, March 5, 2018 /CNW/ - Today, Park Lawn Corporation (TSX: PLC) ("PLC") announced the purchase of Billingsley Funeral Home in Huntsville, Ontario. The purchase continues PLC's expansion in Canada and the US.

Highlights of the transaction include:

  • Billingsley Funeral Home in Huntsville, ON operated by Kevin and Susan Billingsley.
  • Total purchase price of $ 1.7 million, was funded from PLC's existing credit facility
  • The purchase multiple is within PLC's publicly-stated targeted EBITDA multiple range.
