PAOG and PURA Announce Free Hemp Seed Giveaway To Promote CBD and Hemp Awareness

(OTC Pink: PURA) today announced a free hemp seed giveaway in conjunction with the recent partnership between the two companies where PAOG will be building a hemp cultivation facility on PURA's Farmersville, Texas property.

PAOG's hemp cultivation facility is central to the company's plans to develop a proprietary pharmaceutical grade hemp cultivar.
PURA recently announced a year long initiative to transition PURA from a CBD sports beverage manufacturer into a hemp conglomerate built on a lifestyle brand with a broad CBD consumer products reach, and a leading industrial hemp initiative. The brand name is Farmersville Brands and as part of their strategy, PURA has entered into a letter of intent (LOI) agreement to acquire 72 acers of agricultural property in Farmersville, Texas. PURA's year long initiative includes plans to see the Farmersville Brand strategy infused with a $100 million investment.
The free hemp seeds are intended to further public education on hemp and CBD. PAOG and PURA want to encourage free hemp seed participants to journal their growing experience on social media from start to finish. PAOG and PURA want to see participants show how easy it is to grow hemp; demonstrate the strength of the hemp fiber by trying to break a stalk either by themselves or with the help of any 10 friends, and please smoke the hemp flowers and experience how high you don't get. PAOG and PURA hope participants will conduct any number of creative experiments and share their results on social media.
The seeds will be coming from the PURA cultivation operation recently sold to PAOG in conjunction with PAOG's new initiative to develop CBD pharmaceuticals.
In addition to acquiring PURA's cannabis cultivation operation, On July 30, 2020, PAOG acquired RespRx from Kali-Extracts, Inc. (OTC Pink: KALY). RespRx is a cannabis treatment under development for COPD derived from a patented cannabis extraction method - U.S. Patent No. 9,199,960 entitled "METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING HERBACEOUS PLANT MATERIALS INCLUDING THE CANNABIS PLANT."
PAOG recently published a progress update on the company's ongoing initiative to advance an investigational New Drug application (IND) with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). PAOG anticipates entering into an agreement with a contract research organization (CRO) within the next two weeks. The CRO engagement will be a major breakthrough in advancing PAOG's RespRx treatment for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) toward FDA approval.
