VANCOUVER, April 17, 2019 /CNW/ - Pacific Link Mining Corp., (the "Company" or "Pacific Link"). The Company announces that it intends to proceed with the voluntarily delisting of its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") effective at the close of trading on May 1, 2019.  The voluntary delisting was approved by a majority of the Company's minority shareholders at an annual and special general meeting held on November 15, 2018. The Company has applied for listing its common shares for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

As previously announced, the Company also plans to change its name to "HempNova Lifetech Corporation" following its delisting from the TSXV to more accurately reflect the Company's new business activities.
