TORONTO -- 

Organic Potash Corporation (CSE: OPC) (“OPC” or the “Corporation”) announced today that the Corporation will undertake a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to 100,000 dollars at a price of $0.015 per share to a total of 6,666,666 common shares.

It is anticipated that the offering will close on or before February 15, 2021.

All proceeds from the offering will be used to maintain the Corporation’s administrative annual expenses and other ongoing corporate matters.
