The Molo Graphite Mine project is located near the town of Fotadrevo in the Province of Toliara, Madagascar. The Molo Graphite Mine is subject to a 1.5% net smelter royalty. The Molo Graphite Project graphitic zone consists of multi-folded graphitic strata at surface with an exposed strike length of over two kilometers. The Company also owns the Green Giant Vanadium Project, which is located 15 kilometers from the Molo Graphite Project and hosts a large sedimentary-hosted vanadium deposit. The 100%-owned Green Giant Vanadium Project is an advanced-stage exploration project.
