BEVERLY HILLS, CA / ACCESSWIRE / December 28, 2017 / Creative Edge Nutrition (OTC PINK: FITX) is pleased to announce that it has finalized an Asset Purchase Agreement with Fresh Promise Foods, Inc. (FPFI) for the sale of its subsidiary, GIDDY UP Energy Products. The Record date of the Dividend payable to Creative Edge Nutrition, Inc. (FITX) shareholders in Fresh Promise Foods, Inc.
