CBLT Announces Sale of Non-Core Asset
Burlington, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 22, 2023) - CBLT Inc. (TSXV: CBLT) ("CBLT") announces it has sold its non-core Ryliejack asset in northern British Columbia to an arm's length international mining company. Also known as Bootjack, the property was acquired by CBLT in 2012. The sale price was $180,000 (one hundred and eighty thousand dollars), paid in cash. No regulatory approval was required. No finder fee was paid in relation to this sale. None of the vendors, or optionors, or purchasers of the asset was a Non Arms Length Party of the Issuer or its Associates or Affiliates.
