The Company is engaged in acquisition and development of deposits of production grade metal which are critical components to current and future vehicle technology. Palladium is necessary for internal combustion engines (specifically catalytic converters) and cobalt is necessary for electric vehicle batteries. The Company entered into an option agreement (the Option Agreement) with Max Resource, Inc. (Optionor). The Company is granted an option to acquire a 51% of the right, title and interest in Max Resource, Inc.'s option to purchase the Diamond Peak Property (the Property) and mineral property claims from the owner, the Wendt Family Trust. The Property is in the exploration stage and has three main structural geological blocks: the Eastern, the Central and the Western.
