Next Green Wave Announces Resignation of Chairman

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 30, 2020) - Next Green Wave Holdings Inc. (CSE: NGW) (OTCQX: NXGWF) ("Next Green Wave", "NGW" or the "Company") announces that Robert Dzisiak has resigned on October 30, 2020, from his position as Director and Chairman of the Company to explore other business opportunities.

Mr. Dzisiak was instrumental in helping guide the company through many industry challenges throughout 2020 and on behalf of the Board, we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

The Company has not announced any replacement for Mr. Dzisiak at this time.
