THUNDER BAY, ON, Sept. 25, 2017 /CNW/ - A rally by workers at Avenue II Community Program Services that had been scheduled for Tuesday, September 26 has been cancelled.
Avenue II and Ontario Public Service Employees Union Local 738 have agreed to a media blackout on collective bargaining talks until further notice.
