Michael Anthony DeGiglio, CEO, Director and 10% Holder, disposed of 520,000 Common Shares on a direct ownership basis at prices ranging from $13.400 to $16.070 between December 23rd and 29th, 2020. This represents a $7,699,892 divestment of the company's shares and an account share holdings change of -5.3%.

Village Farms International, Inc. is a vertically integrated greenhouse grower in North America. The Company's segments include Produce Segment, Energy Segment and JV Cannabis Segment. The Produce Segment markets and distributes tomatoes, bell peppers and cucumbers in North America. It markets and distributes under its Village Farms brand to retail supermarkets and dedicated fresh food distribution companies. The Company's subsidiary, VF Clean Energy, Inc, owns and operates a seven-megawatt power plant from landfill gas. It generates electricity and provides thermal heat to the Company's greenhouse facilities and sells electricity to the British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority. The Company's JV Cannabis Segment produces and supplies cannabis products to be sold to other licensed providers and provincial governments across Canada and internationally. Its Pure Sunfarms-branded dried cannabis products are sold directly to private retailers and provincial and territorial wholesalers.
